I should have quit but instead I took care of you. You made me sleep all uneven and I didn’t believe them when they told me that there was no saving you.

HOLIDAY DREAMS // A P|M|W Mixtape
Considering that I spent the better part of October posting the sounds of Halloween, I feel that I’ve completely slacked on holiday music this year. That’s primarily because I’m not a huge fan of a lot of the sounds that you find yourself hearing on rotation in every department store these days. Of course, there are always exceptions, so here - I’ve compiled some of my favorite indie-friendly holiday songs for everyone to enjoy. Sure, there are plenty of obvious picks here, but I tried to keep the mix flowing and to use tracks that not only were obvious choices, but also some that fit the bill on theme or vibe. Naturally, it wouldn’t be a mix from me if it didn’t contain some of the more quiet, dreamy, and in several occasions - melancholic tracks for the season.
After the tracklist, you will find links for streaming and downloading. Enjoy, share, and happy holidays! Thanks to everyone for all of the support this year. Happy Holidays!

Please support the artists that you find and enjoy. Buy their music, merchandise and tickets to see their shows. Supporting them is the only purpose in doing this blog. Contrary to the opinions of some, music blogs are a great way to discover new music, but there will only be so much new music to go around if these artists can’t afford to support themselves through their art and commerce. Only use these mixtapes as a guide to find something to throw your (financial and emotional) support behind.
